Berni Heller is certified in facilities management and has over 20 years of move planning and facilities management experience. She has successfully relocated a number of San Antonio and Austin based companies. Her experience and expertise act as deterrents against the many pitfalls that can occur during a relocation or expansion project.

Berni's move planning experience includes managing the construction of over 750,000 square feet of office space in San Antonio and Austin; the relocation of over 2,500 employees; the management of the build-out and construction of 20,500 square feet of computer room space and over 20,000 square feet of high-tech training audio visual and video conferencing centers.

Other move planning projects include converting warehouse space into office buildings, managing build-out of data centers, constructing a large call center operation, and managing the purchases, installation and coordination of over $5 million in service, equipment, furniture and fixtures. Industries served include health care, manufacturing, oil and gas, insurance, investment banking, as well as technological and professional services.

Berni is certified in facilities management. She is an adjunct professor and teaches Facilities Management courses at San Antonio College.
